Enter in Entrepreneurship - From idea to action

This is Erasmus+ KA2, Capacity Building for Youth in neighboring and enlargement countries. Coordinator is Udruzenje "Mladi Volonteri" B&H / Association "Youth Volunteers" B&H (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

„Enter in Entrepreneurship-From idea to action“ is a project which support 102 youth workers, 11 organisations and over 5000 young people (members/activists/young people of whole consortium) to get empowered through information and concrete tools in entrepreneurship education in local and international level. All partners will get equally involved and share responsibilities and tasks in series of activities planned in local and international level regarding preparation, implementation and dissemination of the results.

„Enter in Entrepreneurship - From idea to action“ aims to support youth workers, organisations and young people to get empowered through information and concrete tools in entrepreneurship education in local and international level. The project aims to increase competencies of youth leaders/workers who are working with youngsters with fewer opportunities or socially excluded providing different tools for empowerment in entrepreneurship education.

Objectives:
- To explore the concept of social inclusion, employment, youth entrepreneurship, youngsters with fewer opportunities.
- To develop young people’s autonomy, individual and collective responsibilities, and involvement in society.
-To foster social entrepreneurial skills for youngsters in order to make them ready to enter in the labor market with new innovative and creative initiatives.
- To encourage young people to use their talents and their capacity for action and creation using different on line tools.
- To contribute to young people’s social and professional development, and integration into the labor market through exchanging experience.
- To share different tools in entrepreneurship education to allow young people to assess and present their entrepreneurial competencies.
- To promote intercultural learning notably through promotion of non formal education and its instruments.
- To provide information for Erasmus+ Programme and possibilities it offer for young people in Europe.
- To create long term bridges of contacts and cooperation among partner organizations, institution and other actors in civil society.

This project tends to make young people active contributors in social and economical environment in their local community. It empower youth workers and through them young people in local communities to think for possibilities of new initiatives, creative ideas, to become self-employed and engage in a productive livelihood. Opening a successful business/enterprise/social enterprise requires an awareness of one’s knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, values and preferences. That’s why we chose by inviting youth workers from different corners of Europe to consider their own strengths and weaknesses in these areas, so that they develop a clear sense of themselves, learn new information and multiply it to young people in local level. All participants will be encouraged to perceive themselves as the actors responsible for their own lives with a direct impact and influence on young people they work with in local communities. Learners are then guided through different steps in getting information about entrepreneurship education and making the link from idea to undertake concrete actions. At each step, the learner is encouraged to discover how his or her skills may be utilized to cater to a need in the community. While encouraging independent thought, creativity and initiative, the events will demonstrates the benefits of collaborative work including different actors, institution, NGO-s, young people.

Project will be held at international level, with 3 Activities, 2 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and one in Tirane, Albania:

Activity 1: 01-08 April 2016, Sarajevo, B&H. Training course in entrepreneurship education. The training aim to empower youth workers who work with young people with fewer opportunities and provide information and tools for entrepreneurship education. The training provides concrete information what is entrepreneurship education, how to use and promote it in youth work with youngsters, explore the concept of youth entrepreneurship, social enterprise and start up models.
33 participants will get trained, 3 youth worker from each partner organisation; 2 trainers, one facilitator, one reporter, 1 support staff.

Activity 2: 08-15 July 2016, Sarajevo, B&H. Training course in managerial skills for youth workers. This activity aim to improve the competencies of youth worker in managerial and leadership skills, necessary for initiating Start-up, social enterprise, youth enterprise. Different soft skills will be explored, necessary to have for a young person to initiate entrepreneurship activities. 33 participants will get trained, 3 youth worker from each partner organisation; 2 trainers, one facilitator, one reporter, 1 support staff.

Activity 3: 13-20 October 2016, Tirana; Seminar in youth work, employment and strategic partnership for the future. Participants will prepare national presentations of the work implemented in their community mainly about the process of starting and running an entrepreneurship venture based in the learning outcomes from two previous international activities. The learning outcomes of the seminar will be collected by the reporter and will be spread to different stakeholder in local, national and European level.
22 participants will participate, 2 youth worker from each partner organisation; 2 facilitators, one reporter, 1 support staff.
