It is strategic partnerships for vocational education and training for partners from Turkey, France, Estonia, UK, Spain, Finland, Poland and Latvia.
Project includes outline of research:
-different kinds of educations models for vocational trainings,
-how to educate the intermediate staffs as needed by the enterprises,
- how the technological developments affect the vocational education,
-how to develop the existing trainings and add new topics in training and how to transform the current training into Industry 4.0,
-the effect of 21st-century learning methods on vocational training,
-the impact of Industry 4.0 and technological development on vocational training and the possible impacts on students and teachers,
-how the demographics of students will affect the learning style,
-findings of different vocational curriculum indifferent countries,
-different kinds of tests for student and teachers,
-developments in vocational training throughout all partners' countries,
- tests applied in the world,
-different kinds of models for vocational trainings in different countries.
Activities also include examine and research academic articles, project, development on vocational training, process of test development, training of teachers, curriculum development, implementation of test and curriculum.
